煎蛋饼一定要用中小火,否则上锅就糊掉了,还有用油最好刷表层就可以,不要倒很多油,一来吃起来不清爽,二来影响蛋饼整体美观,油乎乎的,不好吃又不健康;
煎蛋饼翻面的时候先用铲将周围起缝,然后再翻,保证整体效果;
鸡肉很容易熟,不要蒸太长时间,否则鸡肉老了就不鲜嫩美味喽。
